Mark Noyes

President and Chief Executive Officer, Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses

Mark Noyes is a renewable energy leader recognized for his expertise in mobilizing diverse stakeholders to deploy cutting-edge solar, wind, and battery storage critical to our planet’s future.

Mark serves as the president and CEO of Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (CEB). He structured CEB in 2010, and has grown it from startup to the second-largest solar energy owner and operator in North America. Currently, CEB develops, owns, and operates more than 4GW of renewable energy projects and has a 10GW development pipeline.

Jim Dixon
Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses

Jim Dixon is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (CEB). Jim leads all legal functions for CEB and its subsidiaries.

Jim began his Con Edison career in 1982 at the Consolidated Edison Company of New York (CECONY) as a management Intern electrical engineer, working in various managerial and technical positions while pursuing his law degree. Upon graduation, he joined the CECONY Law Department as an attorney in its Nuclear Regulatory and Commercial Litigation sections. He also served as legal counsel for Con Edison Solutions and as Assistant Corporate Secretary for CECONY.

Paul F. Mapelli
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary,
Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses

Paul F. Mapelli is the Vice President and General Counsel of Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, Inc. (CEB) and its subsidiaries, including Con Edison Development, Con Edison Energy, and Con Edison Solutions. Previously, Mr. Mapelli was the Vice President and General Counsel of Con Edison Solutions. Mr. Mapelli has been the Corporate Secretary for each of the CEBs since July 2002.

Akshaya Bhargava

Vice President, Assets, Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses

Akshaya Bhargava is the vice president of assets for Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (CEB). He is responsible for the growth and profitability of CEB’s renewable and battery energy storage portfolio of more than 4 GW. Akshaya has been a lead member of the team that has closed on transactions worth more than $10 billion, growing the business from startup to the second-largest solar energy owner and operator in North America and a leader in C&I and utility-scale battery storage.

Nelly Jefferson

Vice President, Information Technology and PMO, Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses

Nelly Jefferson is the vice president of information technology and project management office (PMO) for Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (CEB). Nelly joined CEB in 2017 shortly after its restructuring, and designed and built the IT, cybersecurity, and PMO protocols for the newly-formed company. Nelly’s visionary approach has proven to be agile, secure, and immensely scalable. CEB is a successful hybrid workplace and has grown from startup to the second-largest solar energy owner and operator in North America.

Mark Glucksman

Vice President, Finance and Accounting, Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses

Mark Glucksman is the vice president of finance and accounting for Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (CEB). Mark has served in this divisional CFO role since 2007. He is a member of the executive team that repositioned the business to reduce volatility and establish a contracted revenue stream across solar, wind, and battery storage. CEB has grown from concept to its current ranking as the second-largest solar energy owner and operator in North America and a leading battery storage provider with a multimillion-dollar annual revenue and a multibillion-dollar renewables asset base.

Michael Perna

Vice President, Corporate and Central Services, Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses

Michael Perna is the vice president of corporate and central services for the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (CEB), leading environmental governance, health and safety, human capital, corporate communications, and investor relations . He also leads the strategic planning process for CEB and is CEB’s interface with Con Edison, Inc.’s strategic planning. He has led essential market strategy efforts for Con Edison, including for solar and for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Michael is a member of Con Edison, Inc.’s Corporate ESG Committee.
